FAQ
Operational clarity
Grouped by how teams actually ask questions—jump to the cluster that matches your inbox thread.
Programs & scope
No. Combine Chain writes capture standards, trains agency photographers on angles, and reviews output. Contractual relationships with agencies remain yours so retailer permissions stay clean.
Most clients begin with one macro region to validate discard rates and escalation tone before expanding nationally.
We do not promise sell-through lift, basket analytics, or secret shopper dialogue transcripts unless explicitly scoped. POS integration is a separate engagement.
Data & evidence
Default retention is twelve months from capture unless your data governance team specifies a shorter window in the SOW. After deletion, only aggregated metrics remain.
Client-facing packs are versioned. Internal analyst notes stay in a restricted workspace unless you approve export.
Commercial
Travel load, capture frequency, and bilingual reporting change costs. Listed KRW amounts are indicative anchors; binding fees appear in signed statements of work.
No checkout exists here. Invoices are issued in KRW with domestic transfer instructions after legal review.
Operations
We document attempted visits, propose alternate windows, and adjust wave timelines. Fees may shift if mileage blocks exceed agreed thresholds.
Five-day rush is sometimes available with surcharge and reduced optional sections. We decline rush requests that would skip QC.
Limitations we say out loud
We are not a law firm, retailer negotiator, or media buyer. We supply evidence and structured recommendations; commercial outcomes remain your decision.
